This is a list of data points to consider for reporting of COVID data. Data which should be verified by a third party directly from the test provider and test facility to a private entity other than the CDC, FDA, or WHO.

New Standard of reporting data

Considerations :
– Asymptomatic , Symptomatic – diagnosed at test time
– Preexisting Conditions
– Vulnerability Factor ( age, pre-existing conditions – related to COVID )
– Location
– Medications prescribed
– Number of tests per person / case
– Lab sent to
– Test used
– Death with COVID positive result that has underlying deadly conditions
– Doctor / Facility conducting testing
– Survey questions
– Timeline of symptoms / lack of / or exposure of
– Exposure rate – based on mobility, lifestyle, pop density, etc.

– Follow up – 6 weeks later report. — Should conclude
—- Alternate therapies / diets / treatment outside of medical care
—- Off the label prescription of therapies
—- Fitness level
—- Oxygen and sun exposure
